  1. Don't know which code you refered to. As Ham radio operators use radio lingo codes that were originally used by CW operators on voice to make reference to something in a easier way. such as instead of Roger, them saying QSL...

  3. it was a standard ham radio transmission.they often search and scan multiple frequencies and a liscenced operator is allowed to use any frequncy he can generate,excepting commercial AM and FM frequencies.there is no set code,you just talk and say,"over"when you're done.if it became very hard to hear,you might revert to standard military "sign" language,like alpha,bravo,charlie..etc.
