What's the reason for my eyes getting tired and headachey?

About 6 months ago I got new glasses. L = -2 R= -2.50 -.50 x 140. Since getting them I mostly wear them for driving, TV, movies etc. But for a while now I find my eyes get tired without them even if I'm only on the PC. Is this because of the new glasses or is it another problem? I don't think it's a problem with the glasses as I can see fine with them.

have enough sleep...rest.....eat healthy food and if that doesnt work do and see your GP!

if you are ok with them then just wear them...it is probably eye strain when you dont wear them

i've been wearing glasses and my eyes are heviy  and i feel tired but i think its because i need weaker glasses

go back to your oppition and tell them you think your glasses are to strong

or it could be a weak form of heyfeaver

Firstly, get your eyes tested for another pair of specs, as you may need a stronger/weaker pair. Having said that though, it could be eye strain.
