What's the recipe for Hershey's Chocolate Dunkers from Pizza Hut?

the recipe doesn't have to be exact. I figure it's breadsticks covered in chocolate glaze but I don't know what the stuff on top of it is. any ideas?

I'm not sure the exact recipe at all but they are sooooooooo good!!!!!

I can just imagine its more of a cake like bottom than the normal breadsticks they use for every thing and then you can buy some mini hershey's kisses and melt them and use that as frosting on top and cut into strips. I think that will come very close to the actual recipe other than that we are just going to have to hit up Pizza Hut.
