  2. Never. Only the sovereign can appear on the Royal Mail Postage Stamp.Rory Emerald is not a monarch,but a performance artist.Maybe he can have his own stamp,but not necessarily the Royal Mail?

  4. It won't happen! Rory, Baron Sligo, traces his ancestry back to William The Conqueror. He is not about to share a stamp with a Queen from a line of minor German aristocracy. Thank goodness some people still have standards.
