  2. well when you run laps you should breath through your nose (i know its hard but it helps) and also dont close your fists when you run. i hope this helps :]

  3. My brother taught me the stratedgy of breathing through your nose and out your mouth when you run. I have asthma so it gets hard to breathe after running for a while, and it helps when I strengthen my breathing and slow it down.

    Also, make sure you find your rhythm when you run.. you know breathe with the same rhythm. Hard to explain, but when you run, start off slowly and let your breathing catch up, then keep going faster when both are following the same rhythym. Almost count in your head like "one two, one two" while you run.
