  1. WELL SAY YOU PUT IN 6 CUPS OF WATER, YOU WOULD PUT IN 3 SCOOPS OF COFFEE

  2. Most people use 2 tablespoons of coffee for a whole pot..(12 cups)  It all depends on how you like your coffee??  I like it stronger like dunkin' donuts,  so I use 3 tablespoons of coffee for 6 cups of water..  :)

  3. You should start off with a clean pot of coffee.  Every once in awhile, pour some lemon juice with water in your coffee pot and run it through a brew cycle without coffee in it.  This will clear out any stale water and coffee tastes from the coffee pot itself.

Then, for the freshest cup, start with whole beans and grind them yourself.  Use cold water in the coffee pot and brew it that way.

    Enjoy :)

  4. 1 tablespoon per 5 oz of water

  5. It depends on the roast.  However, most directions (found on the container) will tell you one rounded or heaping tablespoon per six ounces of water.  This will generally produce coffee of average strength.  Not espresso-strong or starbuck's-strong, but far better than your average gas station cup a' Joe.  If you really need that extra kick in the morning or for an all-night study session, use a little more.  Experiment and see what you like!

  6. I recommend you get a coffee scoop which measures perfectly. (it's almost 2 tablespoons per scoop) Each scoop is two cups- but if you go over 8 cups don't add more coffee. A perfect pot is 4 generous coffee scoops with 10 cups water. Makes the best coffee.

  7. I use a rounded tablespoon per cup for me its a good cup of coffee
