Brazil is definitely the safest place!

There are no earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, tornadoes or even snow... ever!

and if you really want stability you can go to the rain-forest. It rains every day at the same time.

New Jersey doesn't get anything the worst is thunderstroms with hail that's about it. However New Jersey is on a fault line therefore if it becomes active, NJ will begin to have earthquakes. Areas in New Jersey that have the ocean by them sometimes get minor floods but that's about it

No place is entirely safe.... but I'd suggest the rainforests or the unexplored wooded areas of Brazil. They should probably be the safest from natural disasters.

Who knows? The center of Austrailia might be good because of its open land; oceanic disasters wouldn't be.
