Obviously different co. hav differnt scales. Satyam hires out employees of SAP training institutes and pays the institute. The institute pays the trainees as they please. Satyam pays about Rs. 60 K per month per worker and the institute pays about Rs. 25 K to the person employed. But if u join a company like Capgemini (they hire u if u have 3 years experience only) then they pay about Rs. 35 K per month. U have not mentioned ur experience. If u have more experience then u could earn more. Also, if u are MBA (finance ) then u have chances of rising faster.
