What's the salary of professional handball players? How hard is it to make the national team handball team?

Ive been wondering the same stuff, but in the USA, there is not a profession league yet, so there is no salary to play, its simply for enjoyment.  The USA Handball club is working towards making a professional league though because handball is starting to take off in the US.  From what I hear, it is very hard to make the national team because there are about 10 spots on the team.  Your best shot is to specialize at one part of the game.  Be an EXCELLENT shooter (Throw the ball HARD and accurate).  Be a NASTY goalie (risky because there is only one or two spots for goalies).  Be a hustler, don't stop running and be a pesk on defense, throw your body infront of everything.  That is what im going to try.  Goodluck.  Hope to see you on the national team in a few years :-p  Im 19 btw, probobly should have started earlier, but i've been playing for about 4 years now.
