What's the scoop on GoDaddy.com? Anyone used it-is it reliable? Easy? Worth it?

I currently use Piczo.com to make a website, and I guess now we can get a domain name and "point" it to our piczo site to have just ourpiczositename.com instead of ourpiczositename.piczo.com.

So, I was wondering if doing that is easy, and do I just purchase a name and thats pretty much it?
