  1. While this airport is represented as being in Paris it is actually only in the general region and trhere is no really good way to get into Paris.

The simplest way is to take a taxi but that will cost you about 120 euros during the day and 150 euros in the evening.

There is a shuttle bus that leaves about 20 minutes after each flight arrives that costs 13 euros and will take you to Porte Maillot in Paris. From there you can take metro line#1 marked "Direction : Chateau de Vincennes" to the  Gare de Lyon stop. From there it is a short (under 10  minutes) walk to the Austerlitz train station.  Alternatively you can get off at the  Bastille stop and change to Metro line #5 marked "Direction : Place d'Italie" which takes you directly to the Austerlitz train station.

You can also take a taxi from the airport to the train station in Beauvais. (11 euros during the day and 15 euros at night). From the train station you can take the TER  (regional express train) into Paris and the Gare du Nord.  From there you would take Metro line 5 marked "Direction : Place d'Italie" to Austerlitz.

  2. you have a bus from paris beauvais airport to parking pershing(near porte Maillot) paris XVII 13 euros/passenger

at porte maillot 8km from austerlitz with bus 36 minutes

so it would be easier by taxi
