Yahoo won't like it, but http://www.google.com/

x*x-yyy-yyyy

where x is the area code and y is the phone number.  Don't need the 1- in front of the area code.

Yahoo only gives a list of search results.

You won't get any returns on cell phones, though, because those are exempt from directory listing.  Those subscribers who DO choose to have their cell phones listed will show up.  No other service will give you cell phone information for free any more than Google will.
