i'm 5'5" 16 years old, small frameright now i'm around 135 lbs, but i know it's not the right weight for me cuz i've been eating junk all summer and not really exercising (i was 110 lbs in march!!!!!)but i've asked on here before and people said 110 lbs was too skinny for someone my height. what do you think? what's the lowest weight i could be but still be healthy?and i don't have a ton of muscle or anything.
