  1. According to the BMI (body mass index) which helps decipher wieght according to age and hieght the lowest healthy wieght for someone your szie is 115. They were right about 110 that is considered underweight for your size. The reason I know all of this is because I am the same height as you, but I am 20 years old.

  2. I am 17 years old and I only weigh 115 pounds. I'm also only 5'5.

People say that I'm at an unhealthy weight for my age but i've always weighed less than my friends. I'm skinny, but not unhealthy. Honestly, a normal yet slim weight for you would probably be around 120 pounds. Although this is healthy, 115 wouldn't be unhealthy either. It could go either way, depending on how much muscle mass you have and what you eat, how big you are, ect.

Hope this helped, good luck on losing the weight. Try eating vegetables and doing some more exercising.

  3. probably 120-125

  4. 120 is fine but try to excerise or do some sport.

  5. I would say 120

  6. At your height you should ideally be about 115 or 120 lbs. Also make sure you feel OK at what ever weight you are.

  7. Nobody can, or should, answer that question for you!

Its far more important to be healthy.  Start eating right and exercising, and you will start to drop into a healthy weight for YOU.  Don't rely on the BMI numbers either, they are arbitrary numbers created decades ago before we understood that genetics play huge role in body type and weight than anybody knew.

  8. You could try using a BMI chart to find out if your weight is healthy. now, I don't know about the slimmest, healthy weight for you, but I'm about 5'3" and my weight was around 96-98 lbs. I checked on the BMI calculator and found that I was 17 percentile, but in the healthy range. (the website shows that 5-85 percentile is healthy)

    ps. BMI=Body Mass Index

  9. i would think 120 pounds..... no lower

  10. well your BMI is 22.5 and the healthy range is within 18.4-25.9, so you are perfect and healthy the way you are! the lowest you shoul go, and still be in a healthy range, is about 115 pounds. But as I said, your a healthy weight now, you dont need to lose any.
