  1. Go the swannies! :D

  2. Music from Swan lake, hehehehe.

  3. Are you fair dinkum or what, i don't think you are some how.  how would you hear the song, you would have to be there to know it is on at every home game, it is played at away games too as are all clubs songs. so if you are there, you would know the club song unless your on day leave from the mental institute.

  4. I think you are talking about the Club Song and funnily enough this was composed by I think two Americans at that University over there called Notre Dame (spelling??) and the Swans adopted it for themselves.

It is a very inspirational tune and a marching tune and I think this university has it as it's theme song.  Some of the words in the AFL Sydney Swans theme song are the same as the words in the Notre Dame theme song like "Lift that noble banner high - shake down the thunder from the sky"....and blah blah blah "while her loyal sons go marching onward to Victory".  We'll be hearing it again at the 2008 Premiership (Mmmmmmmm well if Geelong don't get in the way)

whether the odds be great or be small

all our loyal sons are marching

    onward to victory

  7. swans club song
