  1. the song is usually played in the opposition seating its "well they"ve all gone quiet over there, well they've all gone quiet over there,"well they "ve all gone quiet, lets start a f- -ken riot, cause they still all quiet over there"!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. yep slice of heaven by dave dobbyn from the movie footrot flats....

edit: on the contrary 'johnboy' dave dobbyn wrote the song and performed it, it was 'herbs' who were the guest performers, the song stayed at no 1 on the NZ charts for I believe 8 weeks.

  3. " See Ya Later Aligator ",  by Sitiveni Sivivatu

  4. Yep I've heard them play Slice of Heaven mainly. It is by the Herbs. Dave Dobbyn featured on the song, but was not a member of the Herbs, he was just a guest.

Edit: I never claimed the Herbs wrote the song "ashar/97". I just stated that he was a guest of the band, which he was and the band was a guest of his. The song is credited by the Herbs (feat. Dobbyn) and Dave Dobbyn (solo). It is largely assumed that Dobbyn wrote it and is the creator of the song but I guess neither of us were in the studio so we do not know the full story. Anyway it doesn't matter... I was just pointing out that the song was released by the Herbs and wanted to bring that up because no one had mentioned it. Everybody gives full ownership of the song to Dobbyn and they give very little recognition to the Herbs who obviously played a large part in the creation and production of the song.

Although Dobbyn most probably wrote most of the lyrics and tabs the Herbs obviously supplied the instrumentals (which Dobbyn would have been incapable of doing) which made the song sound the way it does.

  5. Umm, I think the song you're after is Slice Of Heaven by Dave Dobbyn...... it's an excerpt from that song anyway with all the badada dodo baaadada dodo...... etc etc (or something of the like).

At least that's the song I remember being played in the Romania game.

  6. same as above go HERBS!!!
