What's the standard OJT allowance for ECE/EE in the Philippines?

What month the students normally go for OJT?

it actually depends on the company you're going to have the On-The-Job training...but i heard that mostly are just the minimum or below...

Students usually go for OJT in the months of March, April, and May, before regular college semester starts. As the guy above mentioned, OJT allowance really depends on the company and the HR Officer. The company I worked with in the Philippines considers on-the-job trainees as paid employees, paid hourly with minimum wage. I've heard some companies which don't pay OJTs at all. I think, the ideal allowance for ECE and EE ojts should be PhP 100 or more a day.
