What's the starting pay for Macy's in Frisco,TX?

I just applied for a Visual Merchandising Associate position at a Macy's in Frisco and was wondering what the starting pay is? Also, do employees get any sort of benefits/perks?

I work for the Macy's in the Post Oak mall and I started at $7.50. I'm full-time, so in 3 months I qualify for health/dental insurance. You also have to get a Macy's star rewards card in order to get you employee discount.

  i have no idea what a merhcandiser makes .... in yourinterview you need to ask these question slike how much does it pay an hour and what about insurance and vacation pay and benefits and time off etc....writeyour questions down and bring them to the interview with you
