  1. There is none. The statute of limitations is the time from the offense, until the person is charged. Because he was already charged, the statute of limitations no longer applies.

He will have a warrant for his arrest, and it will remain on the system forever.

  2. Altho Interpol are unlikely to spend time and money on pursuing you, why don't you get lots of credit by going back, surrendering yourself and getting it sorted out. As you say, it was "minor". And it was the "family court". So what is the point of letting it drag on?

  3. YOU HAVE ASKED THIS QUESTION SEVERAL TIMES AND IT HAS BEEN ANSWERED - JUMPING BAIL STAYS N THE BOOKS FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  4. No. They won't arrest out of country on a bail jumping charge.

However, there is no statute of limitations on warrants... it'll be good till he's arrested or till he dies.

  5. family court is not criminal court..was this a child support issue...
