What's the story behind these mysterious e-mails I receive regarding rebate processing?

I get e-mails from a mysterious source claiming that homeworkers can get paid for processing rebates. Does this work-at-home job have anything to do with the nationwide rebates that were put into effect at the end of May? Are these rebates in connection to the tax rebates that are being sent out to taxpayers nationwide?

  1. The  government  does  NOT  hire  spammers  to  hire  people  process  their  business .

They   might  be  those  product  rebates  but  even  that  is  unlikely  since  most  of it  is  computerized .

Probably  just  scammers  looking  to  get  your  banking  info

by  claiming  they  " need  it  to  deposit  your   pay " !

  2. No, it's just another internet scammer hard at work trying to get money out of your pocket with a fake promise.

Ignore it, tag it as spam, and delete it without opening it.

  3. They are scams.
