I'm researching about the jobs at the big 4 firms as well as the working environment. This question is open to all those who work there and/or have worked at all of them to give a simple comparison.
When we students choose the school, we all have a certain image of the company, right. So I was just wondering realistically how does those image of the people hiring or working at the Big 4 firms actually fit?
Does each Big 4 really have their own taste and style?
It might just be gossip to me for now, but for example I tend to hear that Deloittes are more conservative and les diverse. How true is this?
On the other hand, KPMG tends to choose the "party animals" of the student group. Ernst & Young like to hire those who've served as officers.
Each firm wants to hire not only talent, but those individuals that would fit into THEIR unique environment. Opinions?
