After returning from a wedding reception, a couple staying in an isolated vacation house receive a knock on the door in the mid-hours of the night. The only clown movie i know of is  IT  and i watched this other one that i don't know the name of but it did not come out a couple months ago

the movie was not old but like a year old probably.

looking at the other answers it may be The Devils Rejects

I didn't think of that but there is a blond haired girl in it and then the older guy had clown make-up on.
