What's the value of my penny?

I just found a one cent coint from 1947. I thought I look it up but the thing is that it has the date but not the mint printed on. I read online that it should have a "S" or a "D" under the date but it doesn't. Might it be a misprint? Or where can I go to find out how much it is worth?

Try to ask banks or some stores, some people might know. I think the best way is to ask people that works at bank.
