  1. June is Winter but in Auckland that is not necessarily bad weather it just means if there are no clouds the daytime temp will be in the 60-70F range and if it is cloudy or raining it migh go down to 40-50F range

  2. its getting into their winter - so can be cold and wet - but the weather is stranger everywhere at the moent

  3. umm actually june is autumn so it will not be too cold, also it depends on what part of new Zealand you go too, i find wellington too be one of the coldest places,

it will be relatively warm with probably slight breezes not too much rain considering it is only autumn.

  4. Auckland weather is so unpredictable. We regularly see all 4 seasons in one day.

  5. cold and wet. Lots of rain and wind and cold.

  6. June is going into winter and winter in Auckland can mean anything.  It can be pretty much four seasons in one day in Auckland.  It can rain at a moments notice and it can get windy which is annoying.  Pack a bit for all weather types as we cant always predict what its going to be like.  It can be quite cool though so pack some warm clothes and winter usually does get a lot of rain.

  7. It'll be Winter, really cold at night, new zealand is known for having four seasons in one day, so you always have to be prepared, hehehe funny but true.

  8. June is still pretty good weather. Not too windy. Locals tend to layer their clothes. And just wear light jackets.  Hats are great and gloves.  They can also have rain days or an Easterlie blow through.  Just enjoy your visit and hope you also get to visit the Coromandel.

  9. It will be the heart of winter. But Auckland winters are very mild compared to a lot of places in North America and elsehwere. Expect daily highs between 10-15c and over night lows of between 5-10c.

It rains a lot, and can be quite stormy with dark skies. Fog is common too.

It has never snowed in Auckland ever, so don't bring your snow gear. Light frosts do happen occasionally.

  10. Cold, dark, wet and windy
