  1. HOT HOT HOT! What can I say its very HOT at the moment.  During the summer months you do actually spend most of your time indoors.  Its not even pleasant hot either.

  2. its hot weather

  3. Indeed, it is reaaally hot there (temperature can reach 50 degrees celsius) but you don't really feel it coz as you said, there is always air conditionning. (but don't ever think of having an outdoor walk during the day!)

  4. It is hot, but once you don't stray too far from the pool, beach or an air-conditioned building (most places) you should be ok. Needless to say avoid any strenuous activity during the afternoon heat.

  5. I live in Abu Dhabi (right beside Dubai, part of the same country) and it it very hot. When you first come here you might feel like you can't breathe because the heat is so intense. Gradually, you get used to it and like you said everywhere is air conditioned.

The worst part of the day is midday, 12-3 I would say. If you sunburn easily, watch out and take care in the sun. Since I've lived here for a while I actually take walks in the middle of the heat and sometimes I wear sweaters... but that's just because I've really gotten used to the heat and as long as I'm not exhausting myself physically than I don't get too affected.

In the middle of the day, stay near a pool or go to the malls... it's really nice weather at night though and that's usually when everyone ventures out.

If you're visiting I would reccomend you to take something longsleeved, because it gets cold inside! And it can get cold at night, when it is windy. Also don't pack too many shorts, but opt maybe for light fabric capris.

:D I hope you decide to visit, it's a great country lots of sights and right now all the sales are on! Mall of the Emirates in Dubai is definitely a mall you would want to check out it even has an indoor ski hill. Another way to beat the heat would be Wild Wadi, a huge water park!

  6. this time of year is HOT, yes most of yr time is spent indoors as its hot and very humid, but inside ur airconditioned.  best time to go out is late afternoon/evening but its still very humid and u will sweat.  u do get used to it tho i lived there and used to go out daytime in middle of summer no problem, when i came here in middle of july when there was a heatwave to people here i felt cold!
