What's the weather like in Paris on February?

I'm thinking about going there for holiday, if the weather's good. Is it very cold on February?

Paris is at about the same latitude as MINNEAPOLIS... so what do YOU think the weather is like in February.

Yep, February is the last cold month of the season and the month with most snow. this can have consequences if you fly into Paris... However it is always nice to see Paris coverred in snow....
