What's the weirdest "alternative use" you have found for a common household appliance or tool?

When I helped a friend refirbish mobile homes that were repoed, She taught me to use furniture polish on lanoleum floors to remove scuff marks. Just spray it on the spot and rub it with a sock on your foot and it usually comes right up. I was really surprised how quick and easy it was.

I know of one girl who liked to do woodwork...

she took a reciprocating saw and attached a personal massage item to the end and guess what...

I have to admit I once used a spatula to clean off my balcony (full of pigeon droppings)!!! lol

Of Course I threw it away right after!!!!
