I had kangaroo loved it (gamy), ostrich a little boring. Alligator kind of tastes like a mixture of chicken and fish, snails (it's all about the sauce) chewy, frog legs (overrated), sheep brain (yuck)

tell me yours.

  1. These were 'wierd' at the time; now I drool whenever I think of them: braised chicken feet; whole fish head n everything in it including those big slimy eye balls (Hunan Steam Spicy Fish Head); pork, chicken chitterlings & offals... and a few other Chinese delicacies.

  2. Unagi Maki

Eel =] I liked the meaty part but the skin part was yucky and jelly like .

Octopus balls, I liked the octopus but not the batter.

Moose Paté, yucky, the flavour of moose ..i just didnt like it .

  3. Coagulated pork's blood.  It doesn't taste like anything, but has the texture of firm tofu.

  4. I've ate venison, pheasant, wild rabbit, elk (super delicious), buffalo (soooo good), but I'd have to say that the weirdest has been langostinos.  I can't get over the notion that they are "sea bugs"...LOL!

  5. an ant that's kind of sweet

  6. Chicken feet.. chicken feet are yummy but people wont even touch them!

I've eaten fish head, its good in soup it gives it alot of flavor..  with the eyes too..

    Chicken hearts..

    Intestines

  7. Lamb Brain

    yes it was good

  8. I've had Ox tongue and it was quite nice, sort of like chicken.

  9. Chocolate covered worm. It wasn't bad. It had a nutty flavor to it. So it was like eating a chocolate covered peanut.

  10. I tried octopus jerky, and it was tasteless.

  11. meal worms!

they tasted like crunchy peanut butter to me

  12. Deer tongue and deer heart. Also squirrel brains.  Tongue was a little tough, but tasty.  The heart was OK.  Tough to get by the texture of the squirrel brains.
