If a person's belief that they are above the law is "bad," then perhaps: Narcissist, hypocrite, delusional, self-centered, antisocial, holier-than-thou, arrogant, eccentric, unhealthy sens of entitlement

If "good," then perhaps: inspired, transcendental, enlightened, nonconformist, rebel

If "neutral," then perhaps: unconventional, unorthodox, opinionated

Note: all  of these descriptors can be good, bad, and neutral depending on individual's belief system
