  1. Here in Phoenix, guy number one cut off guy number two. Guy 2 then followed guy one home and shot him when he got out of the car. Guy 1's kids were in the back seat and saw it. Guy 1 died there.

  2. Someone chased me through the countyside after waving me through an intersection that I should have waited my turn for.

He had a diesel pick-up, so I was able to outfox him by making a series of turns through dark backroads. I made one more turn, and as he tried to follow me, i accelerated briskly around  a winding section of road, and pulled into someone's driveway , with my lights off. I used the e-brake so no brake lights. He sped past, and proceded to ram the back of the first car he saw, assuming it was me. The cops came and took him away, according to the next-day's newspaper.

  3. Back in the late 1990's, we were travel ling north on I-75 from Cincinnati, Ohio, had the cb radio on and listened to a semi driver swearing at an older couple that were driving just under the speed limit in front of him. The language was absolutely the worst gutter talk possible, and the funny part was the couple had no radio in their vehicle.  This was just a few miles ahead of us.  Shortly we came up on the rear of this truck, and although he had plenty of room to pass, he just stayed back spewing his foul language, until all of a sudden, he stepped on the gas and ran the car off the side of the road, cussing the whole time.

We saw this happen and when the troopers came for the report, this b******d lied and said the car stepped on the brakes, and two other truck drivers that were no where in sight when this occurred, verified the drivers lie.

Result, the old man and his wife ended up in the hospital, and the car was ruined, the truck driver got away with near murder, and the trucking company tried to sue for damage to the truck.  Our word as witness didn't mean a d**n thing.

  4. Where I saw a tractor trailer driver cut off a driver, they were both going down hill on a long straight road.

The driver of the car was determined to get in front of the tractor trailer because the truck was determined to go well  under the speed limit for miles and miles.

So the car driver gets annoyed at getting cut off every time the truck driver swerves in front of him when he signals he'd like to pass.

Nor was he inclined to drive under the speed limit for the next couple of hours that I kept driving.

Thus the car driver, guns it, and swings out to pass the trucker without signaling.  He gets about 3 feet, and the trucker swerves into him anyway.

The car driver swerves away, but doesn't give in, he continues to accelerate, and is eventually nudged more and more until his left wheels are on the gravel on the left shoulder.

Mind you this is going downhill at about 80 miles an hour just before a blind curve.

Eventually the car driver manages to get past the trucker, and zooms away, but not before the trucker is seen in MY rear view mirror fishtailing around corners in an effort to catch up.

I turned off my lights and took a quick exit onto a driveway I knew about.  The idiot trucker kept going and I presume kept going because I never saw him again.
