First you tie the person up on a bed or flat surface.  Then you cut their tongue out and cook it up and eat it in front of them.  Then you take a dull knife and saw a long gash into their flesh and pour salt into it then you treat it and then close it up.  You keep doing that all over their body and make sure they don't bleed to death.  Keep them alive.

Then you cut off their eye lids- be careful not to touch the eyeball, if you do, take it out if the socket and let it dangle against their face so they can feel it.  Then cut off all their  fingers and toes- treat it and close up the wounds so they don't bleed to death.  Eat everything you've just cut off in front of them.

Then leave them for a day to c**p and pee on themselves.  Sure they will mumble and cry- they can't scream, you already out their tongue.  The place will stink so you have to start killing them.  You open up their bellies while they are alive and cut out their intestines. Wrap the intestines around their neck.  They might pass out so make sure you close them up.  When they come to leave a message on the ceiling so they can read it with their one good eye.  Untie the binds on one wrist.

In the message, leave the dull knife on a pillow next to them, saying if they can cut themsleves loose they can go.  Off course they can't cause they already lost their fingers.  They will be tortured by the thought of not being able to escape when you gave them the chance.  When you get back to the victim, take the knife and slowly saw off his neck.  Mail the head to his family.
