What's the worst bad beat you've got in online or live poker? (story of mine is included)?

The worst bad beat I’ve gotten in a single tournament when I had 4h 4s - there were a few limpers and I limp - the flop is 4d Kh 6h - so I’m thinking is it Christmas already? someone bet out and I re raised because I did not want someone drawing for the flush – so the guy puts me all in - so I call with the 3rd nuts like anyone would - The guy who put me all in had 2h 2c??? And had 2% chance of winning the hand - the turn is a 3c and the river is the 5s!!! I was so sick! He had to hit running 2’s or running 5 3! I asked him what he was thinking and he just said he had a feeling he was going too win!

I looked him up on Sharkscope and he was a few $1000 down which made me happier about the bad beat!!!

Anyway - what’s the worst bad beat you've got or given?

10 points given to the worst which will hopefully make you feel better about it! Lol ;)

Thanks

  1. First of all I just want to say this player had the most unblieveable luck I've ever seen, and he wasn't cheating.

         Me                                    Oter player

         QK                                         KK

    Then the cards came like this Q Q 7 10 K

We went all in after the flop.

Later on that night in another game he still was getting amazing cards and I folded a full house  because I thought he'd 4 of a kind Q's and there was only 2 of them on the table...................................... was right! he showed me and laghed, he couldn't believe it himself

  2. I had quads (that i made on the flop) beaten by a straight flush that used the turn and river to complete, and it cost me about 500 quid.

    Beat that!

Actually, with my luck you probably will!

  3. My worse bad beat is when I raised with pocket JJ, I had one caller who was holding AA.  The flop came JJA and I thought I had the hand beat with Quad Jacks.  The turn was a 2 and the river was an A.  He had pushed all in at the river and I called, and got my butt kicked by Quad Aces!

  4. my worst was when i had pocket kings with a king, seven, and eight on the flop. next came a two, and then a seven on the river. i went all in and the other guy had 4 7's against my house.

  5. live tourney: i had pocket 9's, flop was 2-2-9, so of course i was betting nice, the other guy kept raising, i thought  he had a 2-9, needless to say we were both all in and he had pocket deuces.  SICK SICK SICK!

  6. Live tournament $100 buy in. Charity tournament. I'm about 4th in chips out of 75 players left. 3rd in chips just moved to my table and is SB.

    4th level,200-400  I have AsTs.

Raise on BB to 3x BB. Folds around to SB who reraises.

    I Call.

Flop is AhTdTh . SB Checks, I bet 2.5x pot.

SB almost beats me into pot.

Turn is 2d. SB checks. I bet 4x pot. SB reraises all-in.

Only about half again as much as my bet, so I call.

SB shows A2 offsuit. Remember, no flush possibility. SB had 2 pair before the turn, but thought I guess she didn't realize it until she hit the 2.

I show my boat, and she says "Come on 2!", further proving she didn't know WTF she was doing.

Guess what the river was? Yep! The last Ace...

KIcker was... she didn't realize she won...attempted to muck, her cards flipped over out of the muck, and someone said "Oh, you won!". I argued she attempted to fold, and TD was called over. "This is a charity event, a lot of people don't know how to play, and I don't want hard feelings, SB wins!".

  7. It's going back a bit so I can't recall exactly what the hand was... but I remember losing with a really good full house - using both of my hole cards. The bugger beat me with a higher full house.

    Not chuffed!

  8. worst bad beat I gave:

I had pocket kings, I raise from UTG, BB calls. Flop comes down 10 8 7. He checks, i go all in. he calls immediately (I have slightly more than him.) He shows J 9 for the nut straight. Turn comes down 8 to pair the board, river is K, giving me the winning FH.

    Worst I took:

I have AQ os. Flop to turn comes down Kd, 10d, Ah, 9c. I go all in, the other guy calls. I'm the dealer, and the next card I flip is the Jd, giving my opponent's Ad Qd the winning royal flush.

Another one happened today (I'll probably put up a question about it): Blinds are 1000/2000 with substantial antes. My stack is 28k, I'm 2nd to act with QQ. UTG player bets 6000. I call. Everybody else folds around. Flop comes down JJ7, two spades. UTG player bets enough to put me all in. I think about it for a while, and deduce that he must have a low pair and is trying to force me out. I call, and he flips over 88. turn and river are 10 9, giving him the winning straight.

  9. If thats the worst beat you have taken , then you havent played enough online poker. Btw , although he needed runner runner , I dont think its 2 %.I've gotten beat with many, many one outers in online poker.  And Greg, maybe I dont see it but how did she win when u had Aces over 10s to her Aces oves 10s. Should be a push
