or wildfire...but i wasn't directly affected by the fire.

Two floods 13 years apart in different States, but I was lucky both times to have only minor property damage. Others I knew lost cars, homes, everything -- and there were numerous injuries and drownings.

A tornado when I was living in Indiana

Ice Storm '96 which wasn't a natural disaster in the traditional sense but lots of our trees and power lines were knocked out and most of us were without power for 2 weeks so if you had electric heat you were screwed
