What's the worst that could happen when swimming in a dirty/polluted lake?

    polluted with WHAT exactly?

    um, i imagine its bad either way. but more so if you have an open wound


  2. You could get all sorts of diseases and there are most likely leeches hanging around. Eww!

  3. It could actually make you really sick, especially if you got any in you mouth or nose. Who knows what is in there. Stagnant or polluted water may give you sever diarrhea and vomiting.

  4. You could get Hepatitis  and some people around here have.

  5. you could get bad infections....and if u swallow it....Ewww....i dont suggest going in
