cause someone to act dishonorably might possibly be the worst thing u can do to most people, but in some cases some people can give a hit less about honor so it would be different for different people.

There are the horrible things such as murder, rape, abuse etc. Also not doing anything, that is living life without impacting, helping or empathizing with another person. "If you're not part of the solution, you are part of the problem."

Depends on the character, but probably making them choose which loved one to kill.

The taking of another persons life.  It is ultimate, and final, and takes everything away from the victim.  Even torture still leaves the person with life, and almost endless possible outcomes for the victim.

That being said, being forced to watch the full box set of "According to Jim" would suck pretty bad!

Starving you of everything you love in life, and not letting you get any of it back till the day you die....that would be bad, but i'd like to make one point...
