but usually bumper or under carriage gets scraped  i dont think it has the potential to bend your subframe

you could bust a hole in the oil pan or the transmission pan,i think that would be probably the worst thing that would happen,or it could just scratch the bottom of the car a little bit,there's several things that could happen from doing this,i think those would be the worst ones to happen though and the most expensive to repair,good luck with it.

You could poke a hole in the gas tank, get a spark, and explode right in front of a dynamite factory, setting it off & killing everybody within 3 miles.

The worst thing that could happen is you breach your oil pan or transmission pan or ruin your catalytic converter or muffler. In that order. In that scenario slower speeds is recommended.
