  1. Inheritance certificate request

  2. fd

  3. Italian guy is right. It is a request to get an inheritance certificate, which needs to be taken to a "Notar", so that he can witness you signing it, and than he can sign and than the thing is official and you can show it to everyone and anyone who need to see it in order for you to be able to take over the stuff you inherited. Loads od bureaucracy, and it's not like you are in an easy situation anyway. Sometimes I think they put so much bureaucracy in those situations on purpose, so that people are too preoccupied to grieve. just my opinion, though.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your loss.

  4. If there's no testament you need a certificate of inheritance  to regulate everything  and sort all the things out and a certificate of inheritance proves that you are authorized to dispose of the lecacy. If there are other heirs they are all mentioned on the certificate and the percentage they have.

You first have to apply for it (certificate of inheritance request)and a notary has to check it all.

My dad died last year but even I tried to sort all out as soon as possible it took about 6 month..and we often got wrong informations. It's sad to lose some one and then there's no one who really helps you with all the bureaucracy!

  5. The birth certificate is "Geburtsurkunde",

the "Erbscheinsantrag" is an application / a request for a hereditary title.
