What's this backpack called?

I think it's a backpack. It's on of those that just look like a bag with ropes attached and when you pull on the ropes the bag closes up on top. I want to know know where I can buy one. I see them all the time.

Its not really a backpack. It first was made to carry shoes in. Nowadays people use them as backpacks. Stores like walmart and target sell them. Also sporting goods store are the best place to get it from.

im not sure what theyre called, but if you go into a sporting goods store they should have them.
