  1. ZABAGLIONE

    Sabayon in french.

It could be zuppa inglese, but I doubt it...it's too thick.

It looks like a half eaten creme brulee...did it have burnt sugar on top?  What's the dark stuff?  Chocolate or burnt sugar?

  2. Zabaglione....???  I think this is what it is.  I happened upon a recipe for this recently & was totally thinking about making some soon.  I found a bunch of different versions made with Marsala wine, champagne, and amaretto.

  3. Panna Cotta- Italian for "cooked cream" it is a light ,silky eggless custard, which is often flavored with caramel. it's served cold, accompanied with fruit or chocolate sauce.

  4. Tiramisu', pannacotta, zabaglione or crema inglese.

  5. looks like pudding

  6. Saboyonne?  Egg yolks and sugar beatten over a double boiler, wine is added...served like a pudding.

  7. I think it looks like Panacotta

  8. Tira misu?

edit: I have no idea then, haha sorry. That's the only Italian dessert I could think of.

  9. that looks like the remains of some Panna cotta.
