A man walks into a mcdonalds (a very lonely looking man, might be that guy with glasses from spin city who wasn't the mayor) and wants breakfast, but they are no longer serving it, and he pulls out a fire arm. If I am not mistaken, there MIGHT be a scene where people are chasing each other dressed as sesame street characters during a parade...please help if you can, thank you
