  1. PayPal is, in their own words, the safest way to send money online.  You can pay an eBay seller who is a total stranger, without actually giving them your credit card or bank account info.

eBay purchases paid by PayPal are protected against items either not showing up, or not being exactly what you ordered.

  2. No you do not have to pay anything if youre buying something, however the person selling/receiving the money has to pay a fee (i forget exactly what it is, something like 25 cents+ 3%). its convenient and safer than most other payment methods. plus the run promotions every couple months like 20% cashback off a purchase so if you watch for those you can save a lot of money.

  3. You pay for the item, sales tax if applicable, and shipping. The same as buy anything anywhere.

Go to www.paypal.com and read about it. I've used it for years, both for paying and for billing, many outside of Ebay.

  4. yes it depends on how much you buy like say you bought something for 10.00 they're gonna take like a extra 80cents,,,

but its worth it the best way to pay on ebay is payapl

  5. You have nothing to pay as fee.
