* I know for sure it's not about vampires or bats.

"Bat Wings"

If you look into his eyes,

You’ll see there’s nothing there…

The whites only…

The whites only,

And they twitch in sync

With his arms,

And he heaves himself

To and fro,

Releasing a scream

As his veins become large

And erupt

Internally.

If you look into his eyes,

You’ll see there’s nothing to be found…

The whites only…

The whites only,

And they roll eerily,

As do his joints,

And his skin peels

Layer by layer,

Falling to the ground,

Creating an odor -

Irremovable.

Unbearable.

If you look into his eyes,

You’ll see that nothing exists…

The whites only…

The whites only,

And he blinks for vision

And receives none,

So he thrusts a knife

To his throat,

Hoping to bleed blindness away,

Regain a prowler’s sight,

And forever remain

Immune.

What ails him?

He laughs…

What humors him?

He screams…

What disgusting protrusions are those?

Bat wings.
