What's this punching bag called?

What do you call this type of punching bag that's a "ball" rather, on 2 vertical tight ropes? You punch it.. and it shimmers for a while, training your eye at popping combos off at a moving target. They're usually found in boxing gyms? Anyone know the price range on this piece of equipment?

I know exactly what your talking about, thats my favorite thing to use, they are called "double end bags"  depending on where you get them, they can run anywhere from $30.00 - $65.00 here are some pretty good ones, not the best but good enough.

yea i now what your talking about it called a floor to cling ball or a end to end ball and it all depends where you buy it from there from $30 to even $120 like if you go to rebel sports there like $120 there and a good brand is ever last
