What's this "Community Organizer" stuff?

Question

People do realize that that isn't Obama's current job, right? That that was years ago when he graduated from Harvard, right?

And, why is working to better a hard-hit community a position to mock? Do you realize that hundreds of thousands of Americans are losing their jobs, and being laid off and don't know how they are going to make ends meet?

So, we are going to make fun of someone who has a background of actually helping people get back on their feet? Interesting...

We'd all be better off if both parties would stop with the insults and the belittling and just focus on the issues!

I don't care what job they've had or what their family is doing.  I want to know where they stand on issues and what they are going to do when elected!

Harvard graduate to community organizer seems like backtracking to me.  Not to mock community organizers because they are typically excellent people, but they typically aren't also recent Harvard grads.

Obama's TRUE colors were showing when he worked for MANY years as a community organizer EXCLUSIVELY for the Black Community

Michelle's Princeton Thesis also focused ONLY on the Black Community & Michelle " pledged " her support ONLY to the Black Community

Michelle wrote in her Thesis :

" I WILL ALWAYS BE BLACK FIRST "

Can you imagine the FUROR  if Cindy had written " I WILL ALWAYS BE WHITE FIRST " ?????

I don't see the problem with helping build a better community. it starts at that level and from there goes nationwide.

Oh we realize that it isn't his "current" job, but since it is the last job that he actually showed up and did anything in, it will have to do as a basis of his work history.  You wouldn't want us to use his time as Senator to classify his work ethics would you?  I mean the votes that he was there for, he didn't take a stand on anything.  We are simply pointing out that a "community Organizer" is not as qualified as a "Mayor" for any office.
