there's this quote and it goes something like "my wife is so tough, her first baby, it came out sideways." i know it's from a movie but i remember what. i remember the scene is like a guy standing next to his wife in front of like a pickup truck. i thought it might have been raising arizona but i couldn't find it in memorable quotes in imdb.... oh and searches parts i was sure was in it like "wife" "tough" "first baby" "sideways" in google and i couldnt find it

This sounds similar to a few Rodney Dangerfield quotes. If not him, then some other stand-up comedian with a similar self-deprecating style.

Another possibility is that it's a variation on an 80s comedy routine by Australian comedian George Smilovic called "I'm Tough", with lines like:

I never wanted to fight but I had to get tough. So now I am tough.

I know exactly what you are talking about but I can't think of the movie

either...

isn't the scene where they are picking

up a couple and taking them somewhere...?

and the couple sits in the back of their truck?
