What's this skill game? You have to keep a ball between two metal sticks and bring the ball toward you.?

Its called Shoot the Moon, and yea it is an old parlor game..Its actually pretty easy to win once you figure out the trick to it.

I've seen it in bars and my old sailor grandpa's den.  It's a mess of a thing.  There's a point system listed for how close you can bring the ball to you without it falling through the rods.  I'm sure it's a drinking game.
