What's this song? It's kind of a hip hop song ?

Question

It starts out with a baritone saxophone (possibly a tenor saxophone) and the tempo is kind of fast. It's a hip hop song, pretty popular, and I have no idea of any lyrics or who sings it, let alone if they are male or female. I just remember that intro. Any ideas?
