Hi,

At english lesson we got the homework to list up what's typical for the germans and what people form other countries think about us.

It would be very nice if you could help me a little bit, because i think for someone who's not from germany it will be easier to say what the world thinks about us!

Thank you very much!! :o) I'll be very grateful if you help me!!

Bye, Mima :))

  7. Hallo MiMa.

So, having lived in germany, and now in Canada, I would say bratwurst mit senf, ein Bretzel, spatzel, Milka, Ritter Sport, Spruedelwasser, (notice a food theme here?)

"Shaulchen" when singing a folk song at a Bierfest or something ("und die Haende zu dem Himmel, und lass uns Froelich sein..."), Grillparties (only place I had them was in Deutschland!) die DB, Clean trains (especially compared to the UK), die Autobahn, Fussball, Eisenach, Bach, and those black hats that the men in Hamburg wear.
