What's up if you suddenly get the feeling you have ice cold water running down your legs?

My dad told me last night that he's be getting this feeling for the last few days. I have been trying to get him to see a doctor for a while, but it's a lost cause. I'm just curious and concerned, if you have an answer. Thanks

It sounds like it could be a symptom of neuropathy. My grandmother has been living with the condition for years now. If it is neuropathy be sure to get your dad checked out ASAP. Untreated, it can lead to nerve and tissue damage, as well as muscle atrophy.
