What's up on "The Office?"?

I'm just getting into "The Office" with the reruns on TBS. I think I missed a few episodes, though and I had a few questions about some plot things.

1)Why does (or did) Michael hate Toby?

And

2)How did the office find out that Oscar is g*y?

Michael hates Toby because he is "bland" and boring. Michael is a "prankster" who likes to keep the mood light and of course Human Resources (Toby) always tries to tell Michael to keep things "professional".

Dwight was spying on Oscar because Oscar called in "sick" and Dwight wanted to catch him. He caught him and his lover coming back from either a shopping trip or vacation and going into their house then Oscar later "came out".

It's a great show! I can't wait for the new season. =)

1) toby was always fond of the same girl and even put the moves on several times

2) they did a stakeout when he called in sick oneday and saw him playing hookie with his boyfriend
