Code 14 means you can't stream music because it can't find a codec or your WMP settings for streaming music are not configured correctly.  The standard recommendation is to upgrade to Windows Media Player (WMP) 11.  That usually corrects the codec problem.  If that still doesn't correct the problem, look at Network under WMP options.  Make sure all

boxes are checked (except use ports) and make sure you can configure HTTP.  When you click Configure, verify the option selected is correct.  If all that doesn't work, then you should contact Yahoo!  (submit a problem report).
